Our prices reflect the fact that we are not always available to clean the cottage between bookings. Please therefore leave the cottage as you would expect to find it
A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required on confirmation of booking. Balance must be received 30 days before arrival. Prices include electricity – there are no “extras”
A refundable deposit of £50 is also required as guests will be responsible for any exceptional cleaning and for repairs to or replacement of items damaged or broken. A full inventory is available at the cottage.
We will post you the keys on receipt of the balance and returnable deposit. The deposit will be returned as soon as the keys have been returned to us.
You are strongly advised to take out suitable
holiday insurance as, in the event of cancellation by you for any reason before
the balance becomes payable, the booking deposit is non-returnable. Whilst none
of the rental will be returnable if you should cancel after the balance has
been paid, we will, nevertheless, undertake to return any part of the balance
that we might earn should it be possible to re-let the cottage during the period
in question.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to
make the cottage available to you for the dates specified (for example, due to
fire or flood) we undertake to return all monies received, including the
initial deposit, or to offer alternative dates for your holiday should you
prefer this.
